i purchased a KIC fridge from the OK Furniture's store in Okahandja Namibia, now about 3 months ago, having a 12 months warranty on it. A month into having bought i started experiencing problems with it and i immediately reported at the store where i purchased it, after a few weeks i was responded to and i had to take the fridge back to the store for them to tell me its working well.

it has been 2 months before i had the sales rep come to my house to see what i was saying to which i was asked if I hadnt try to fix t myself even though i have been reporting this for weeks. i am really frustrated at the service i have even requested for a replacement as it is still under warranty but as usual i am waiting for a response from them

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: replace with another fridge.

I didn't like: I dont like their service.
