I bought couches in 2016 from ok furniture primrose...I started having cracks before a year I went only find find the ship was closed and then when to ok Germiston to lodge my complain,I saw the manager who said our guarantee was over since the guarantee was for a year,I told her it's fine I will pay the fee but till today they never sent anyone...I went to ask again only for the manager to be so rude to me told me I don't know how to clean, imagine, I'm so disappointed I wish I bought from another shop because really can I be buying another couch after 3year Cry
