Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Went to the shop around 25th January 2024 to ask how far are they, to come a across an answer from the manager saying she cant do anything until the suppliers tell her what to do.
I Desmond Samuel Mosia payed the soundbar R2000 cash to purchase the system that was given me from display and wrapped in plastic.
Call: 078 716 **** my numbers. Im still broken and miserable with way the store is doing to me with my hard earned money

On 8th March 2022, we bought a DEFY fridge in OK shop Malelane (R6498).
After installation, we noticed that the freezer did not correctly freeze, nor was the upper part as cold as it should be (this takes 2-3 days to realise that). We reported this to OK shop in Malelane and they told us that they would send someone.
After about 10 days of no news, we contacted OK shop Malelane again. Apparently, the first complaint had not been registered! Again, we were promised that some technician would be sent and that all was registered now. We did get a phone call from the shop on the 26th March informing us that a technician was on his way.
No technician came...
After many phone calls, complaints and status enquiries, we finally got an SMS on 19th April !!! (job no 161****), informing us that a technician would pass by. He did pass by and ordered a new door for the freezer.
According to him, it might be that the upper part would also work if the lower part could close properly but that remained to be seen.
Three points are absolutely UNACCEPTABLE:
- the time it took from our first complaint, within a few days of the purchase, to the visit of the technician (6 weeks!)
- the fact that we were not simply immediately entitled to the delivery of a new fridge, due to the incompetence at the OK shop in Malelane. A new fridge is to us the only correct procedure.
- the fact that more than a month after a visit of the technician, we still have no news!
Summary : nearly 12 weeks after buying a new fridge that was defect at the moment of purchase, we are still stuck with the not properly functioning item.

Received a delivery of a wardrobe in the 1st week of June 2021. Called in the same day I received the product to file a complaint stating that the item is damaged.
All the drawers cannot open and they out of place. 1 week later An employee came to check out the wardrobe and stated that the wardrobe is indeed damaged it is a manufacture default. They will come back to drop off the replacement wardrobe and collect the defective one because it cannot be used. Till today I haven't received my replacement item but I am being charged for it.
Send numerous emails to the store I bought the item at and no reply I'm getting. Called customer service on this number
086004**** and spoke to a white lady and she is very rude. She asked me to forward her the emails I sent to the store and I did. Waited for over 2 weeks and no one is getting back at me.
Today I called customer service back and spoke to the same lady and she was VERY VERY RUDE!!! she hung up the call while I was still speaking. Told me there is nothing that can be done I have to carry on paying for the item. Did not get her name but her email address is

The customer service received at OK furniture over the phone at customer service is very pathetic!!!
This is absolutely not fair.
Being charged for a defective item that I'm not even using and no one is getting back at me to tell me the update about the replacement item I was promised at the beginning of June 2021 and today is the month end of July 2021 no updates at all we are going into August and still no updates but I'm being charged for a defective item. Service is very very poor.
Will not be buying at this company ever again!!! My recommendations are 0 to any other customers who wishes to buy.
