Good day I bought my TV at ok furniture Paledi, they missed a cable, I had to call them and go back to fetch it, I went back and I bought wardrobe the service were very poor to the point that Il never ever buy anything from ok. I was disappointed, they sold me Damaged wardrobe, it took 3 weeks for the problem to be fix, and I had to go the shop, ask for a manager, no updates nothing, Im very disappointed. I was supposed to fly I had to cancel my ticket, I heard people complaining about ok Paledi and I thought they like to complain, but Ive proven it myself. Il never go to ok

I bought a soundbar at OK FURNITURE Carltonville and it only played for a week and the subwoofer just went silent. Upon taking it back it was the 22nd of December 2023 and was told suppliers were on Christmas break so they told me to take it back home so i did, on the 2nd of January 2024 i took it back and for repairs and it was taken in, till now 14 February 2024 there hasn't been any contact with me.

Went to the shop around 25th January 2024 to ask how far are they, to come a across an answer from the manager saying she cant do anything until the suppliers tell her what to do.

I Desmond Samuel Mosia payed the soundbar R2000 cash to purchase the system that was given me from display and wrapped in plastic.
Call: 078 716 **** my numbers. Im still broken and miserable with way the store is doing to me with my hard earned money

Faulty Cellphone

On 3rd November 2022I bought a cellphone ( Nokia c20) at Ok Furnishers in Motherwell PE. Early this year tje phone was not charging i took it back to the store it was declared faulty and i was told that it will be taken to repairs but after 2 months without any feedback I went back to the store and demanded a refund as I was no longer interested in the phone. But till today i haven't received my refund instead I am a joke to that store and told to do whatever I want.

Credit application approval takes 2days, when you want to travel it will disturb your plans Prices on catalog differ from prices in store, one can travel a distance just to come see price not matching its a waste of peoples time.

On 8th March 2022, we bought a DEFY fridge in OK shop Malelane (R6498).

After installation, we noticed that the freezer did not correctly freeze, nor was the upper part as cold as it should be (this takes 2-3 days to realise that). We reported this to OK shop in Malelane and they told us that they would send someone.

After about 10 days of no news, we contacted OK shop Malelane again. Apparently, the first complaint had not been registered! Again, we were promised that some technician would be sent and that all was registered now. We did get a phone call from the shop on the 26th March informing us that a technician was on his way.

No technician came...

After many phone calls, complaints and status enquiries, we finally got an SMS on 19th April !!! (job no 161****), informing us that a technician would pass by. He did pass by and ordered a new door for the freezer.

According to him, it might be that the upper part would also work if the lower part could close properly but that remained to be seen.

Three points are absolutely UNACCEPTABLE:

- the time it took from our first complaint, within a few days of the purchase, to the visit of the technician (6 weeks!)

- the fact that we were not simply immediately entitled to the delivery of a new fridge, due to the incompetence at the OK shop in Malelane. A new fridge is to us the only correct procedure.

- the fact that more than a month after a visit of the technician, we still have no news!

Summary : nearly 12 weeks after buying a new fridge that was defect at the moment of purchase, we are still stuck with the not properly functioning item.

I bought a bed on 2022/02/11 and only slept on it on Sunday 2022/02/13 and that same nighyt it developed *** I called Ok at springs Monday morning thinking they'd help me solve the problem but they only said they'll get back to me and since then I've been calling uo until today with no help and I think they're waiting for 7 days to elapse so that they tell me stories about my refund and I need my money back. I can't continue with this bad service

Received a delivery of a wardrobe in the 1st week of June 2021. Called in the same day I received the product to file a complaint stating that the item is damaged.

All the drawers cannot open and they out of place. 1 week later An employee came to check out the wardrobe and stated that the wardrobe is indeed damaged it is a manufacture default. They will come back to drop off the replacement wardrobe and collect the defective one because it cannot be used. Till today I haven't received my replacement item but I am being charged for it.

Send numerous emails to the store I bought the item at and no reply I'm getting. Called customer service on this number

086004**** and spoke to a white lady and she is very rude. She asked me to forward her the emails I sent to the store and I did. Waited for over 2 weeks and no one is getting back at me.

Today I called customer service back and spoke to the same lady and she was VERY VERY RUDE!!! she hung up the call while I was still speaking. Told me there is nothing that can be done I have to carry on paying for the item. Did not get her name but her email address is

The customer service received at OK furniture over the phone at customer service is very pathetic!!!

This is absolutely not fair.

Being charged for a defective item that I'm not even using and no one is getting back at me to tell me the update about the replacement item I was promised at the beginning of June 2021 and today is the month end of July 2021 no updates at all we are going into August and still no updates but I'm being charged for a defective item. Service is very very poor.

Will not be buying at this company ever again!!! My recommendations are 0 to any other customers who wishes to buy.

I bought a bed in the 23 if November and still waiting for my delivery I called them and they said they were out of stock and still waiting for their warehouse to deliver and asked them why are they selling products that they don't have and they didn't have and answer and it's now the 27 of December and I am still waiting buy at ok furniture and house and home at your own risk they don't deliver and they are scam.

Oudtshoorn furniture fetch my TV the 7th December for repair but they also told that they bring a other TV the next day now they are quiet I phone them even your head office to complaint all my airtime, you guys expect a payment this month while I'm sitting without a television if I pay late then your are calling for your money but now I can't get my TV so I'm not going to pay until I get my television

Irrespective of what my complaint is about I communicated it yesterday and today using their complaint service and apart from a computer generated reply have had no response or even a reference number. I even telephoned today and could only get a computerised reply stating that I would receive a return call which I am still waiting for. It is obvious that Ok Furniture could not care about customer service whereybye I will never purchase from them again and tell others the same

I am told to provide proof of payment and I no longer have it.there must be the way to retrieve it but they are not willing to assist me.each and every product sold does have a code or serial number. The system keeps them.
