Ok Furniture - Bad & good customer service
I laybyed a 4 piece shelby lounge suite at Ok furnitures at Mall of Lebo.When I was about to go & fetch it I decided to call first & confirm the availability. The lady who answered the phone told me that Shelby is been discontinued long time ago but she is gonna confirm with the manager & gonna call me back for a respond.I received no call until i decided to call the next day, the lady said the manager said the same thing & that I have to take something else otherwise they are charging me 1% off for a refund.I called & asked to speak to the branch manager but only to find out that I was provided with the wrong Info.The store manager took an initiative to do an Inter branch transfer for me & promised to deliver soon.The very same day he promised my lounge suite was delivered.I was so dissapointed about how horrible service was,the way a rude staff member treated me telling that there is nothing they could do. Thanks to the branch manager Mr Ally Mokoka for fantastic service,I really appreciate the service & every effort he made & will definitely call again in his store soon.Thumbs up
